Made to order, shipped to you
HSB Elite gear is printed on demand, so every piece is made fresh after you order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Standard US shipping then takes about 3 to 4 business days after production, so most orders arrive in about 5 to 9 business days. Items made by our second print partner can take a few extra days, and the estimate shown at checkout is the one to trust. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and busy holiday weeks can run longer. You will get an email with tracking when your order ships. Training sessions, camps and clinics are booked online and are not shipped.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What you need to know
Gear: Because gear is printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind, so please check the size options before you order. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, email stayready@hsbelite.fitness within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you. Camps and clinics: no-shows for camps and clinics are non-refundable. Training sessions and packages: if you miss a session, your credit rolls over, but no-shows are not refunded. Questions?
